Print on Demand Policy

All products are printed, on demand for each order. This means when you submit an order, it is routed to one of dozens of hand-selected print manufacturers throughout the world, based on your location. We partner with Printify to fulfill all orders.

Typical turnaround time is 2-7 days from order placed to completed product and less than one week to ship. Since transparency is one of AI Print Spots core values, you as a customer should have this knowledge in hand when making a purchasing decision.

Refund Policy

We stand by the quality of our products and the accuracy of our prints.

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy outlines the process for returns and exchanges. Your satisfaction is paramount, and we're committed to making things right.

There is no limit on the amount of days you can request a reprint, refund or exchange if a product is defective, doesn’t meet your expectations or you simply do not like it.

Note, if a reprint is requested due to a defect, Printify will require photos of the printed defect.

Shipping Policy

We ensure your items are shipped securely and swiftly. Our shipping policy provides information on shipping methods, times, and costs, so you can receive your items with peace of mind.

Shipping costs are estimated by our Printify partners and at times AI Print Spot will run free shipping promotions. While you, the customer are typically responsible for shipping costs, that burden ends after receipt of your order.

All items are shipped from areas within your geographical location.

*Due to technical limitations, orders from these Print Providers must be submitted as priority orders. It is not possible to upgrade the shipping method once the order is in production.
